A wealth of experience

Karen has worked in the not-for-profit sector for many years in key financial and administration roles.

Her experience includes working with Special Olympics New Zealand as Finance Manager, Fibromyalgia Foundation as CFO and in various consulting roles in smaller NFPs.

Karen has a BBS (accounting major) and is currently pursuing a Masters in Applied Management

In addition, the need to ensure that grants are used for its specific purpose is time consuming. Finally, there is an accountability report that needs to be submitted to the funder.
